Leanne Woolford
Leanne has over eight years’ experience working alongside professional landlords and investors, managing portfolios, cashflow and financial performance.
Her calm, structured approach to finance ensures landlords have clarity and control over their investments, supporting both short-term profitability and long-term sustainability. From analysing operating costs to improving rental performance, Leanne brings discipline, transparency and accountability to every portfolio we manage.
Madison Senior
Madison joined LJ & Keats over two years ago and has since completed her Level 2 Housing & Property Management qualification through the business.
She has hands-on experience across HMO lettings, tenant management and refurbishment projects, including successfully project-managing several property upgrades. With a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for quality homes, Madison plays a key role in delivering positive tenant experiences and efficient, reliable lettings.
