No Fees to Tenants

We do not charge tenants any fees.

If you proceed with a property:

• A holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent is required
• This is deducted from your first month’s rent once the application is successful

That’s it. No hidden charges.

References & Checks

All applications are subject to satisfactory referencing through our approved provider.

This usually includes:

• Proof of income or employment
• Photo ID and right-to-rent checks
• Credit check
• Previous landlord reference (where applicable)

If you’re concerned about any part of the process, speak to us. Applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits & Protection

A security deposit (usually equivalent to one month’s rent) is required before move-in.

• All deposits are protected with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS)
• You’ll receive full prescribed information
• Deposits cover damage or breaches of tenancy terms
• Deposits cannot be used to cover rent

Your deposit is safeguarded throughout your tenancy.
